Aubrey

It was really nice having dinner with Nelle’s friend. He seems like a really nice man and I hope it works out for them. I can tell my sister really likes him or is trying to like him. I love that she is smiling more it really makes me happy. She is my little sister but also my best friend and I always want to see her smiling and being happy. I know my daughter helps out a lot with her smile but now I hope Wayne can do it too.

“Nelle why did he leave so fast like that? I thought everything was going good then I came out here and that nigga was gone already. Please tell me you didn’t run him off already because I was starting to like him for you.”

“Girl shut up, I did not run that nigga off. How could I run someone off that damn fast? He came out here while we were cleaning and when I came back to see if he wanted some cake that nigga whole demeanor changed and he said he was leaving. I don’t have time for a bipolar nigga and if he can’t tell me what the problem is if there is one then oh well.”

“I wonder what was up with that nigga to just leave like that. It’s not really my problem but you are so I will have to keep my eye on that nigga. Enough about that though, I didn’t get to tell you Carlos’s ass came over when you went to take a nap after your lunch date. Before I can tell you what we had an argument about I have to tell you who I met.”

“I hope it was not anyone crazy or another one of his crazy bitches.”

“No it was not but just listen so I can tell you fool. Remember I was telling you about my secret admirer? Well that nigga came to my job when I was about to leave work. I didn’t know that he was my secret admirer at first so when I seen him it was like time stood still. That nigga was so damn sexy Nelle. I was literally speechless until he told me he was my secret admirer. The man is gorgeous and can dress too. You know I have something for them pretty boys and he definitely was one with some thug in him too. I don’t know too much about him just yet but we have been talking on and off since I met him. He did tell me he was doing business with my partner and that’s how he seen me but was too shy to approach me. He says he is part owner of a jewelry store with his best friend but I think he does more than that. I don’t know just yet but I will soon find out if he plays his cards right.”

“Damn it’s like good men falling from the sky for us. I can’t wait to see what he looks like.
